These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Metiflow, a business management platform operated by Metiflow Group (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By registering for or using Metiflow you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
If you register for or use Metiflow on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Metiflow is currently offered for customers operating in the United Kingdom.
To use Metiflow, you must register an organisation account. All new accounts are subject to admin review and approval before access is granted. We reserve the right to decline or revoke access at our discretion.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately atadmin@metiflow.com of any unauthorised use.
You may use the Platform solely for lawful business purposes. You must not:
You retain ownership of all Content you submit to the Platform. By using the Platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display your Content solely to provide the services to you.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of your Content. We do not review or verify quotes, invoices, or other documents you create.
The Platform, including its design, software, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Metiflow Group and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property except as expressly permitted.
Access to certain features of the Platform may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are as set out in your plan and are billed in advance. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
If payment is not received by the due date, we may suspend or block access to your Account until all outstanding amounts are paid in full.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days’ notice. Continued use of the Platform after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. By using the Platform, you consent to such processing.
We currently use Supabase as our data hosting and database provider. By using Metiflow, you acknowledge that your data may be processed and stored through Supabase solely for the purpose of providing the Platform.
Where we process personal data on your behalf, our Data Processing Addendum (DPA) applies.
We aim to make the Platform available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may take the Platform offline for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Metiflow Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion.
Non-payment is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension or blocking of access until payment is made.
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases. We may retain your data for up to 90 days before deletion, unless required by law to retain it for longer.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Metiflow is currently intended for use by UK-based customers.
